Oasis Legal Services, LLC is a Utah business based in Central Utah and focused on providing licensed, limited-scope legal services in family law, debt collection defense, landlord–tenant matters, and related small civil disputes.
My goal is for you to feel less overwhelmed and more in control—even when the situation is stressful.
I’m Angela Willoughby, owner of Oasis Legal Services, LLC and a Utah Licensed Paralegal Practitioner. I’ve worked in the legal field for more than 17 years and became one of Utah’s first LPPs in 2020.
I opened Oasis Legal Services because I saw the same story over and over: people trying to navigate divorce, custody, or debt lawsuits on their own—not because they wanted to, but because full-service attorney fees were simply out of reach.
My practice is built around three core principles:
- Clarity – You should understand what’s happening in your case and why.
- Practicality – Legal strategies should fit your real life, not just look good on paper.
- Access – You shouldn’t have to choose between doing nothing and going broke to get help.
How I Work
I serve clients throughout Utah in areas where LPPs are authorized to practice. Most of my work is done remotely by phone, email, and secure document sharing, which keeps costs down and makes it easier for you to fit legal help into a busy life.
If I can’t help you because your matter is outside the LPP scope, I’ll tell you that up front so you can make informed decisions about next steps.
